Inauguration of Sino-Italian Center on Administration of Justice at Tongji University

On December 18, 2020, the Report on Sino-Italian Law and the inauguration ceremony of Sino-Italian Center on Administration of Justice, jointly established by the School of Law of Tongji University and TJSIC, with the University of Pisa as partner were held at Tongji University. The center was inaugurated by Vice President Gu Xianglin of Tongji University and Michele Geraci, former Vice Minister of Economic Development of Italy.

Participants include Jiang Huiling, Dean of Tongji University Law School; Wu Weimin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tongji University; Liu Zhijian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tongji University; Xu Gang, Vice Dean of Law School; Chen Jielei, Assistant Professor; Liang Yijun, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office; Xu Yunxia, Vice Dean of TJSIC; Hermes Pazzaglini, lawyer at Shanghai Representative Office of Italian law firm ADVANT Nctm; Carlo D'Andrea, lawyer at Shanghai Representative Office of Italian law firm D'Andrea & Partners; representatives of students and faculty of the Law School and TJSIC.

The establishment of the center will be of great significance for teaching and research activities, talent training and further exchange and cooperation between Tongji University and University of Pisa, promoting support for China-Italy education and research cooperation.
